The data you provide (name, email, phone, company, country, product category, establishment, message) is used solely to reply to your inquiry, processed on the legal basis of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), retained 24 months, and never shared with third parties beyond our hosting and email sub-processors (Cloudflare, Resend, both US-based with SCC transfer mechanism). Scoping reply
Within one business day, you receive a written list of the French EPR streams that apply to your products and a fixed quote.

Mandate signature
A written mandate under Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the French Environmental Code, created by Law No. 2026-602 of 8 July 2026. Since 10 July 2026, any producer not established in France and subject to EPR must appoint a representative established in France, for every stream. For packaging, Article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR) adds the same requirement at EU level. Electronic signature, no notary required.

Registration starts
We register with each eco-organism, obtain your IDU (Identifiant Unique Producteur) via ADEME SYDEREP, and notify your marketplaces.

Estimated annual volume

Units or tonnes per stream into France, with the three previous years if you already sell. Used for the declarations, the deposit and your written quote.

Legal name, country, VAT or tax ID. Needed for the mandate and the IDU file.

Amazon sends suspension notices when an EPR registration number is missing. If you already received one, mention it: we treat those files first.
