A fixed fee. In writing. In one business day.

Our fee is a fixed annual amount per EPR stream, starting at 190/year excl. VAT for streams under the eco-organism flat-fee regime, typically a household packaging stream under the eco-organism’s small-producer regime. Tell us your streams, volumes and product references (the volumes only size your eco-contributions and your deposit, never our fee), and you receive a written quote within one business day: annual fee, one-time setup and refundable security deposit, all stated before you commit. No percentage of your eco-contributions or of your eco-organism membership fees, ever.

What your quote states
  • Annual fee, per streamfrom €190/yr
  • One-time setup, per streamin your quote
  • Refundable security depositin your quote
  • Markup on eco-contributionsnone

Excl. VAT. Fixed written quote within one business day, valid for your whole stream scope.

Public entry price, fixed quote

The entry price is on this page, and your exact fee is fixed in writing within one business day, before any commitment. No “contact us for pricing” with a number that moves once you are on the phone: the quote is the price.

Priced on workload, not on your sales

The fee follows each stream’s declarative regime (flat-fee, simplified or itemised) and the number of product references we declare for you. Your sales volume determines the eco-contribution and the deposit, never our fee.

Legal subrogation, secured

Since 10 July 2026, the French mandataire is legally subrogated into your EPR obligations (law n° 2026-602, Article L. 541-10-9-1). We carry that exposure for you; the refundable deposit secures it. That is what lets us price the work, not the risk premium.

Two costs, never confused

Our fee on one side, the eco-organism costs on the other.

The single most common question we get: “is your fee the management fee, or the recycling cost?” They are two separate things. Only the first is ours, and we never add a markup on the second.

1 · Our service fee
What you pay EPR Representative

A fixed annual fee per stream, from €190/year excl. VAT, confirmed in your written quote together with the one-time setup and the refundable deposit. It pays for the work of being your mandataire: scope qualification, eco-organism registration, IDU on SYDEREP, annual declarations, administrative liaison, deadline watch.

  • · Fixed in writing before you sign
  • · Driven by declarative workload, not by sales volume
  • · Never a percentage of your eco-contributions
2 · The eco-contribution
What the eco-organism sets

The recycling fee set by the eco-organism (Citeo, Ecosystem, Refashion…) on your declared tonnage and materials, after eco-modulation. It finances collection and recycling, not us. It follows the eco-organism’s published barème and stays entirely separate from our fee: we prepare and file the declarations that drive it, and help you optimise it.

  • · Set by the eco-organism, not by us
  • · Zero markup: we never take a percentage of it
  • · Varies with your real volumes each year

Membership fees to each eco-organism (€0–€450/year) also sit in the second column, set by them and outside our fee. See real 2026 eco-contribution rates by stream on the 2026 barèmes hub, or estimate yours with the eco-contribution simulator.

From data to signed number

How your quote is built, in three steps.

1
You describe your scope

Streams, annual volumes per stream, number of product references, sales channels, country of establishment. Five minutes in the quote request, or start from the eco-contribution simulator and send us your estimate: the same data feeds both.

2
We qualify it

Which streams really apply, which eco-organism fits, which declarative regime you fall under (flat-fee, simplified, itemised), and what the eco-organism side will cost on top of our fee. This qualification is the work the setup fee pays for: it is the decision that engages our liability under the subrogation regime.

3
You get the fixed quote

Within one business day: the fixed annual fee per stream, the one-time setup per stream and the refundable deposit, in one written document covering your whole scope. The fee is fixed for the twelve months it covers; it can be revised at each annual renewal, and any change is stated in writing before it takes effect.

Specific situations
Priority handling

Marketplace suspension, imminent listing deadline, retailer onboarding blocked on a missing IDU: we expedite the registration and give you a realistic written timeline per eco-organism. Quoted in writing with the rest of your scope.

Enterprise and multi-entity

Groups with several selling entities, itemised declarations across hundreds of references, or infra-annual declaration cycles: the quote is built entity by entity and stream by stream, with a named contact. The scoping conversation starts in writing.

The cost of waiting

Non-compliance is the expensive option.

Selling without registration and IDU exposes you to administrative fines under Articles L. 541-9-5 and L. 541-9-6 of the Code de l’environnement, marketplace delisting under the AGEC verification duty, and back-payment of eco-contributions. Estimate your exposure below, then compare it with a mandate that starts at 190/year excl. VAT per stream.

Risk versus compliance, in numbers

Move the slider. See what you stand to lose.

Article L. 541-9-5 of the French Environment Code caps the administrative fine for failing to register or obtain an IDU at €30,000 per uncovered EPR stream. On top of that ceiling, a per-unit-or-tonne fine (up to €7,500 for a company) and a daily penalty (up to €20,000/day) can apply until you comply.

A compliant mandate
from €380/yr
2 streams × €190 entry price, excl. VAT · exact fee fixed in a written quote within one business day
The registration-failure ceiling alone is more than 150× the entry price of covering the same 2 streams, before per-unit fines and daily penalties. Eco-contributions, set by the eco-organisms on their published schedules, are not included on either side.
Why written and fixed

The French EPR market prices by quote. We fix the quote in writing.

Quote-only incumbents

No public reference price; the number depends on your perceived ability to pay, and it often moves between the first call and the contract. You cannot compare what you cannot see.

Pan-EU bundles

France sold as one line inside a multi-country package: convenient, but the French scope (19 streams, per-stream regimes) is rarely qualified stream by stream, and errors surface at declaration time.

EPR Representative

A public entry price (from €190/year excl. VAT per stream), a fixed written quote within one business day, and a strict separation between our fee and the eco-contributions set by the eco-organisms, on which we take no percentage. France only, all 19 streams.

Pricing FAQ

The questions everyone asks.

Why is there no published price grid?

Because your real fee does not depend on a tier, it depends on each stream’s declarative regime (flat-fee, simplified or itemised) and on the number of product references you declare. We publish the entry price, from €190/year excl. VAT per stream, and fix your exact fee in a written quote within one business day. For the twelve months it covers, the number you sign is the number you pay.

What exactly does the written quote state?

Three things, per stream: the fixed annual fee, the one-time setup fee, and the refundable security deposit. It also recalls the eco-organism costs that sit outside our fee (the eco-contributions and the eco-organism membership fees), so the two costs are never confused. The annual fee is fixed for the twelve months it covers and can be revised at each annual renewal, any change being stated in writing before it takes effect.

What is the security deposit and do I get it back?

Since 10 July 2026, French law (law n° 2026-602, Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the Code de l’environnement) makes the mandataire legally subrogated into the EPR obligations it accepts. The refundable deposit, of the order of one declaration campaign of eco-contributions, secures that exposure. You can size it yourself with the eco-contribution simulator before you even ask for a quote. It is held separately and returned after the final settlement of your last declaration campaign of the mandate, net of any sums still due.

How long am I committed for, and what happens at renewal?

The mandate runs for twelve months and renews by tacit agreement. The annual fee is fixed for the twelve months it covers. It can be revised at each annual renewal, and any change is stated in writing before it takes effect, so you always know the number before you renew. Eco-organism memberships follow their own switching rules, typically a registered letter by 31 October for an effect on 31 December.

Do you take a margin on eco-contributions or on eco-organism membership fees?

No, on neither. We take no percentage and no markup on your eco-contributions, none on the membership fees the eco-organisms charge, and our fee is never indexed on what you contribute: it is a fixed annual amount per stream, stated in your written quote. The eco-contribution itself is set by each eco-organism on its published barème, from your declared volumes and materials after eco-modulation, and stays entirely separate from our fee. We prepare and file the declarations that drive it, and help you optimise it through eco-modulation.

I already have my IDU and memberships. Is setup cheaper?

The setup is the same, because the work is the same: before we answer for your compliance, we verify that your scope, eco-organism choice and product categorisation are correct. An existing registration does not prove it is a correct registration, and under the subrogation regime an inherited error becomes our problem too.

How does multi-stream pricing work?

Each stream has its own fixed annual fee, and one written quote covers your whole scope. A single product often triggers several streams (a Bluetooth speaker is packaging, WEEE and batteries at once): the quote lists every applicable stream so nothing surfaces later.

  • Established and registered in France
  • No percentage on your eco-contributions or membership fees
  • All 19 French EPR streams covered
  • Statutory subrogation (law n° 2026-602, Art. L. 541-10-9-1)
