There is no tier grid, because your real fee does not depend on a tier. We publish the entry price and three typical year-one budgets (setup, annual fee, deposit, eco-contribution) on this page, and your fees are fixed in your written quote. Your annual fee is a fixed amount per stream and per calendar year, independent of your eco-contributions. It depends on the declaration regime and frequency, the number of references and, above EUR 1,000 of eco-contribution per stream, its size. It is fixed in writing for the year and can only change for the following year, notified in writing by 15 September, or during the year if your scope changes, for example a new stream or a change of declaration regime. The entry price is from €190/year excl. VAT per stream, and your exact fee is fixed in a written quote within one business day. For the year it covers, the number you sign is the number you pay.

Three things, per stream: the fixed annual fee, the one-time setup fee, and the refundable security deposit. It also recalls the eco-organism costs that sit outside our fee (the eco-contributions and the eco-organism membership fees), so the two costs are never confused. It is fixed in writing for the year and can only change for the following year, notified in writing by 15 September, or during the year if your scope changes, for example a new stream or a change of declaration regime.

A refundable security deposit equal to one year of your estimated eco-contributions, at least the eco-organisation's minimum billing, paid once by separate transfer to a dedicated account, never invoiced. It covers sums left unpaid under the mandate and is returned within sixty days of the end of the mandate, once the last contributions are paid. You can estimate it yourself with the eco-contribution simulator before you even ask for a quote.

The mandate runs for the calendar year from 1 January and renews tacitly each year. Either party may end it by registered letter received by 30 September, effective 31 December. Annual fees cover a calendar year and are not prorated. We are bound by an obligation of means and are liable only for proven fault, capped at the higher of twelve months of fees or EUR 5,000. The signed mandate prevails over our terms and conditions. Signing in the second half of the year means the current year's campaign, then next year's a few months later. Eco-organism memberships follow their own switching rules, typically a registered letter by 31 October for an effect on 31 December.

No, on neither. We take no percentage and no markup on your eco-contributions, none on the membership fees the eco-organisms charge, and our fee is never indexed on what you contribute: it is a fixed annual amount per stream, stated in your written quote. The eco-contribution itself is set by each eco-organism on its published barème, from your declared volumes and materials after eco-modulation, and stays entirely separate from our fee. Your eco-contributions stay invoiced to you and paid by you directly to the eco-organisation. We prepare and file the declarations that drive it, and help you optimise it through eco-modulation.

The setup is the same, because the work is the same: before we answer for your compliance, we verify that your scope, eco-organism choice and product categorisation are correct. An existing registration does not prove it is a correct registration, and once we answer for your registration and declarations under the mandate, an inherited error becomes our problem too.

Each stream has its own fixed annual fee, and one written quote covers your whole scope. A single product often triggers several streams (a Bluetooth speaker is packaging, WEEE and batteries at once): the quote lists every applicable stream so nothing surfaces later.

After the signed mandate and the payment of the first invoice and the deposit, we file the membership with each eco-organisation within two business days. The identifier timing depends on the eco-organisation. Citeo (household packaging): about seven business days after the membership is validated. Léko (household packaging): about five business days after the initial Léko invoice is paid; that invoice must be paid within five business days, otherwise the membership is cancelled. Ecosystem (electronics, batteries): the identifier is issued after the first declaration has been filed and paid. Refashion (textiles, footwear): after membership, the signed contract and the first declaration with its payment, then about ten business days. Professional packaging (EPRO: Citeo Pro, Léko Pro, Twiice): registration open now, eco-contributions from 1 January 2027.

Our invoices are issued and paid in euros. The refundable security deposit sits in a dedicated bank account, separate from our operating account, and is returned at the end of the mandate. Eco-contributions are invoiced to you and paid by you directly to the eco-organisation, with no percentage for us. The details are on our page on how we handle your money.

In review mode, you prepare your declaration and send it to us at least thirty days before the eco-organisation's deadline, with read access to your account; we check, validate and file it ourselves. If it has not reached us by then, we prepare it from your data and the year is billed at the full-service rate.
