Three published tiers per stream, Light, Standard, Volume, anchored on the eco-organisms' own small-producer regimes. Most producers land on Standard, from €199/month per stream; tiers run from Light for the smallest producers to a custom Enterprise mandate for multi-entity groups. No quote forms, no per-SKU surcharges, no markup on the eco-contribution.
- Enterprise (multi-entity)Custom
- Volume (high-volume)from €349/mo
- Standard most popularfrom €199/mo
- Light (small producer)from €49/mo
Per stream, excluding VAT. Multi-stream discount up to −20% applies from the 2nd stream.
Every tier and every threshold is on this page. No quote forms, no “contact us for pricing.” The wizard returns your exact number in under a minute.
Tiers track declared volume (UVC, pieces, references, tonnes) aligned with the eco-organism's own simplified regime. We never price as a % of the eco-contribution.
Every tier ships with a mandate compliant with the Conseil d'État EcoDDS ruling of November 2023 (civil mandate of the Code civil, Articles 1984 et seq.), not the pre-2023 subrogation framework.
What you pay us vs. what you pay the eco-organisms.
The single most common question we get: “is the monthly fee your management fee, or the recycling cost?” They are two separate things. Only the first is on this page, and we never add a markup on the second.
The published Light / Standard / Volume fee on this page. It pays for the work of being your mandataire: eco-organism registration, IDU on SYDEREP, annual declarations, administrative liaison, and the post-EcoDDS civil mandate.
- · Fixed and published, per stream
- · No per-SKU surcharge, no % of anything
- · This is the number the calculator returns
The recycling fee set by the eco-organism (Citeo, Ecosystem, Refashion…) on your declared tonnage and materials, after eco-modulation. It finances collection and recycling, not us. It is billed by the eco-organism directly to you: we prepare and file the declarations that drive it, and help you optimise it. The money never passes through us.
- · Set by the eco-organism, not by us
- · Zero markup: you pay exactly what they invoice
- · Varies with your real volumes each year
Membership fees to each eco-organism (€0–€450/year) also sit in the second column, paid to them, not to us. See real 2026 eco-contribution rates by stream on the 2026 barèmes hub.
- Established and registered in France
- Eco-contributions billed direct by the eco-organisms, zero margin
- All 19 French EPR streams covered
- Civil mandate (Conseil d’État, 10 Nov 2023)
Representative cases we handle
Anonymized examples of real mandates and scoping. Each producer sells into France without a French entity. (Named references available on request, with client consent.)
PC-hardware brand selling its own products D2C into France (cases, coolers, power supplies).
Scope: household packaging (Citeo or Léko) + WEEE (Ecosystem or Ecologic). We handle the adhesions, the IDU on ADEME SYDEREP and the declarations.
Automotive-parts seller shipping to French consumers from an EU warehouse.
Scope: consumer packaging. We act as the authorized representative for the packaging stream and file on their behalf.
Gardening and outdoor brand selling packaged goods into France via marketplaces.
Scope: packaging, with a scope check on WEEE for the powered items. Registration built to satisfy marketplace UIN requests.
Post-Brexit micro-brand with no French entity, shipping small orders into France.
Scope: packaging (cardboard, paper, compostable). Light-tier mandate, kept proportionate to their volumes.
Multi-brand retailer preparing its entry into the French market.
Scope: multi-stream mapping across packaging, WEEE and batteries, sequenced so listings go live compliant.
Electronics seller with battery-powered products, no French establishment.
Scope: batteries (Batribox or Ecosystem) + WEEE. We compare eco-organisms on the real product mix and register with the best fit.
Every stream, three tiers.
Setup is one-time per stream. Monthly is billed annually in advance. The Light → Standard threshold is the eco-organism's own small-producer cutoff where one exists. Use the calculator for an exact quote with multi-stream discount.

Add-on to a standard mandate. Cannot be purchased standalone.
For groups operating multiple legal entities, French CA above €2M, volumes that exceed the Volume tier threshold in any filière (e.g. >500,000 UVC packaging, >500 t PMCB, >150 references DEEE in pre-declaration MPR), or compliance teams that need a contractual SLA and a named account lead.
- Dedicated account director + named regulatory analyst (France-established)
- Multi-entity French mandate management (subsidiaries, brands, regional units placing on the French market)
- Contractual 24h SLA on French declarations, French audits, and DGCCRF correspondence
- Quarterly French compliance reviews and PPWR France transition planning
- Scope is France only: for other EU Member States a separate authorized representative established in each country is required (we are not your representative outside France and do not handle dossiers, declarations or eco-organism communications in those Member States)
- NDA and DPA standard; co-branding on producer-facing reports if needed
- Volume-based annual review of monthly French fee (downward only on bulk commitments)
Most foreign sellers, single entity, under the Volume threshold in each filière, French CA <€2M, fit the published Light / Standard / Volume tiers above.
The math is uncomfortable for everyone but you.
Article L. 541-9-5 of the French Environment Code provides for administrative fines of up to €30,000 per non-registration episode for a legal entity, plus €7,500 per unit or per tonne of non-compliant product placed on the French market. Procedure under Article L. 541-9-6.
On top of that, Amazon France delists non-compliant ASINs under article L. 541-10-9. The commercial loss usually exceeds the administrative fine.
Our Standard annual fee on Emballages is €2,988. That is below the fine for a single non-compliant SKU.
Move the slider. See what you stand to lose.
Article L. 541-9-5 of the French Environment Code caps the administrative fine for failing to register or obtain an IDU at €30,000 per uncovered EPR stream. On top of that ceiling, a per-unit-or-tonne fine (up to €7,500 for a company) and a daily penalty (up to €20,000/day) can apply until you comply.
We publish. Most of the market doesn't.
Our 2026 market scan of every named French mandataire REP found none publishing their pricing per stream and per volume. A handful of pan-EU operators publish for some services but bundle France as a secondary leg.
- Pricing on quote, after volume estimates
- Volume-based tiers, opaque thresholds
- Per-SKU charges in some packages
- Markup on declared tonnage / eco-contribution
- Annual price reviews, often upward
- Three published tiers per stream
- Volume thresholds anchored on eco-organism regimes
- Zero per-SKU charges
- Zero markup on the eco-contribution
- Stable contractual pricing

Low risk by design, not by promise.
We do not ask you to take our word for it. Four things are true before you ever sign, and each one is verifiable.
Under the post-EcoDDS civil mandate, the IDU is issued to you, the producer, not to us. You remain the registered, obligated party. If you ever change representative, the registration and its history follow you: no lock-in on your compliance.
Eco-contributions are billed to you directly by each eco-organism (Citeo, Ecosystem, Refashion…). The money never passes through us, so a markup is not even possible: we never take a percentage of your tonnage, and we help you optimise the bill.
Light, Standard and Volume are printed on this page and returned by the calculator before any conversation. No quote form stands between you and the number.
Within 24 hours we send a written scope of the streams that apply to you and a fixed quote. You see exactly what is in and out of scope before the mandate is signed.
Run the calculator. Sign the mandate. Done.
60 seconds in the calculator to get your exact price. Mandate signed same week. IDU on SYDEREP in 2 to 3 weeks.
