You share a list of clients shipping to France (no PII, just legal names and stream needs). We assess scope and confirm pricing per client.
You introduce each client via email or shared folder. KYC handled by us in French; the client signs the mandate electronically. You stay on copy throughout if you prefer.
We file with the relevant French eco-organism(s). IDU lands on SYDEREP within 2-3 weeks per stream. You receive a status notification at filing, approval, and publication.
We file the 28 February declaration. A simple CSV export of French tonnage lands in your shared folder so the data lines up with your German / Italian / Spanish records. Commission paid quarterly on each client invoice.

Our clients want one provider for all EU markets. Doesn’t a partner network create friction?
Less than you might assume. The client deals with you for everything except the French scope, where we transparently operate as the France-established mandataire because French law requires it. This is identical to how German clients see Take-e-way for German EPR, Italian clients see CONAI partners for Italian, standard EU EPR architecture, not a partnership quirk. Your relationship and renewal stay squarely with you.
How do we coordinate annual declarations across Member States?
We file the French declaration each 28 February. After filing we send you a one-page CSV summary of French tonnage so it lines up with your master EPR dashboard. Simple email or shared folder workflow, no portal, no integration to learn.
Can we co-brand the proposal to enterprise clients (Fortune 500, large EU retailers)?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis for specific named enterprise accounts. Co-signed proposals, joint client calls. For named enterprise pursuits where the buyer wants a single accountable provider with multi-firm depth, this is the strongest pitch architecture. For everything else, plain referral is the right model.
What is the exclusivity stance?
Non-exclusive by default. We work with any EU EPR provider whose client portfolio needs French coverage. We do not exclude your competitors. The protection in the partnership letter is on individual clients (non-circumvention), once a client is introduced, we do not market into that client base.
Why no white-label or API at this stage?
We deliberately keep things simple. Building white-label or API tracks adds legal and engineering complexity that is hard to justify before partnership volume reaches clear scale. Referral covers the full economic logic, commission, non-circumvention, exclusivity-free, and goes live in 1-2 weeks. If a partnership matures into volume genuinely requiring white-label or API, we revisit at that point.
