You can't legally be the French EPR mandataire from outside France. We can, and we're happy to be it on your behalf. VAT compliance firms, EU EPR providers (other Member States), 3PLs and e-commerce agencies refer their clients to us for the French leg: a public entry price with fixed written quotes, statutory-subrogation-ready mandate, IDU in 2–3 weeks, per-mandate commission.
