Can my firm act as the French EPR mandataire instead of you?
No, unless your firm is established in France with the operational footprint to file directly with each eco-organism and ADEME. The Conseil d’État’s EcoDDS ruling (10 November 2023) confirmed the civil mandate must be held by a France-established entity. Non-French firms partner with us specifically to comply with this requirement.
How is commission structured?
Flat per-mandate fee, not a percentage of contract value. This keeps the maths simple for your finance team and protects both sides from disputes over what counts toward the calculation base. Precise rate depends on volume tier and partnership model — we share the grid under NDA on the first call.
Do we need to integrate technically before signing our first client?
No. Referral and white-label tracks work via a shared client folder and email handover from day one. API integration is optional and unlocks when volume justifies. Many partners run 20+ mandates per year on email + shared folder.
What does the client see in a white-label setup?
Your brand, your invoices, your support email. On the SYDEREP register, EPR Representative appears as the France-established mandataire — this is a legal requirement and not negotiable; we provide template communications explaining this to your clients before publication. In practice, clients accept it as a normal back-office reality, similar to how a fiscal representative appears on VAT registrations.
How fast can we start sending clients?
First mandate within one to two weeks of our partnership conversation. We sign an NDA the day of the call, share the partner grid within 48 hours, sign a partnership letter on email, and start operating on the next mandate. No multi-week procurement loop.
Do you compete with your partners on customer acquisition?
We have our own direct channel (this website, the blog, the wizard) but we do not bid against partners for accounts they have introduced. The introduction is locked in our CRM at first contact, and we do not market into your customer base. Standard non-circumvention language in the partnership letter.
PPWR Article 45 applies in every Member State from 12 August 2026. Can you cover Germany, Italy, Spain through partners?
We are not the German or Italian mandataire; we are France-specific. But we keep a working partner list of trusted equivalent operators in DE, IT, ES, NL, BE, PL — and refer cross-border where it accelerates the partner relationship. For pan-EU brands needing a single coordinated rollout, we are happy to be the France leg of a multi-Member-State delivery.
