Any producer or seller not established in France that places products in scope of a French EPR stream on the French market. This includes US, UK, Chinese, Swiss and Turkish brands, and also EU companies (German, Dutch, Danish, Spanish and others) with no French establishment: the trigger is establishment in France, not nationality. Amazon FBA sellers, D2C brands, dropshippers and TikTok Shop merchants are all in scope.

Our fee is a fixed annual amount per EPR stream, from €190/year excl. VAT for streams under the eco-organism flat-fee regime. The exact fee follows each stream: its declarative regime (flat-fee, simplified or itemised) and the number of product references you declare, never your sales volume. You receive a fixed written quote within one business day, stating the annual fee, the one-time setup per stream and the refundable security deposit. We are the France-established mandataire and we file French dossiers and French declarations only; we do not sign mandates or handle declarations outside France, where a separate authorized representative established in each Member State is required. The figures exclude eco-contributions, which are set by each eco-organism on its published barème and stay separate from our fee: we take no percentage on them. The annual fee is fixed for the twelve months it covers and can be revised at each annual renewal, any change being stated in writing before it takes effect.

Since 10 July 2026, yes, within the scope of the mandate. Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the French Environment Code (law n° 2026-602 of 8 July 2026) makes the appointment compulsory for any producer without a French establishment and subrogates the representative into the EPR obligations whose mandate it accepts. You keep producer status, and you answer for the accuracy of the data you provide and for any period before the mandate took effect; within its scope and duration the obligations are carried by us, not merely executed on your behalf. We handle registration, IDU, declarations and ongoing administrative liaison. A company established in France is outside this regime: it declares in its own name.
