Citeo Pro has not published its EPRO schedule in our source set: while the professional packaging stream is not in force, the food-service (ER) tariff remains applicable at Citeo Pro (flat fee €80 HT up to 1,000 primary packaging units, then per-material rates). We will add the Citeo Pro EPRO column the day it is published.

Which eco-organisms have published a professional packaging (EPRO) schedule?
Two of the three accredited eco-organisms have published per-tonne rates: Léko Pro (schedule for the 2nd half of 2026) and Twiice (schedule updated July 2026, applicable at entry into force of the stream). Citeo Pro has not published its EPRO schedule in our source set; while the stream is not in force, its food-service (ER) tariff remains applicable.
Are the Léko Pro and Twiice rates very different?
On the two heaviest B2B materials they are almost identical (plastics ≈ €217.6–217.8/t, paper-cardboard ≈ €34.7/t). The differences are on metals and residual materials: steel is €5.06/t at Léko Pro (grouped under "other materials") vs €23.63/t at Twiice, and "other materials" is €5.06/t vs €38/t. Léko Pro also applies a specific €82.70/t rate to non-plastic packaging of dangerous products. Your mix decides.
What if I place less than 2 tonnes on the French market?
Both schemes offer a small-producer flat fee below 2 tonnes: €95 excl. VAT per semester at Léko Pro, €100 excl. VAT per year at Twiice, with a simplified declaration.
When do these schedules actually apply?
The professional packaging stream was scheduled to start on 1 July 2026 and was postponed sine die on 26 June 2026 (a new date is expected, most likely 1 October 2026 or 1 January 2027). The published schedules apply from the actual entry into force; Léko Pro publishes rates for the 2nd half of 2026 and Twiice states its schedule applies from the date the stream starts.
