Rates from the published 2026 schedules (Léko Pro: 2nd half of 2026; Twiice: updated July 2026; Citeo Pro: EPRO guide for 1 July–31 December 2026 placings), drawn up for the initially planned 2026 start. The scheme start, initially 1 July 2026, was postponed sine die on 26 June 2026 and is now set for 1 January 2027; the eco-organisms are asked to publish their 2027 schedules from September 2026 (ministry press release of 28 July 2026). Figures excl. VAT; schedules may be updated by the eco-organisms.

Which eco-organisms have published a professional packaging (EPRO) schedule?
All three accredited eco-organisms have now published a per-tonne EPRO schedule: Citeo Pro (guide for 1 July–31 December 2026 placings), Léko Pro (2nd half of 2026) and Twiice (updated July 2026). The comparator pits all three against your tonnage. Until the stream formally enters into force, Citeo Pro’s food-service (ER) tariff also stays applicable for restauration packaging.
Are the Léko Pro and Twiice rates very different?
On the two heaviest B2B materials all three are almost identical (plastics ≈ €217.6–217.9/t, paper-cardboard ≈ €34.7/t). The differences are on metals and residual materials: steel is €5.06/t at Léko Pro, €8/t at Citeo Pro and €23.63/t at Twiice; "other materials" is €5.06/t (Léko Pro) vs €8/t (Citeo Pro) vs €38/t (Twiice). Léko Pro (€82.70/t) and Citeo Pro (€82.80/t) apply a specific rate to non-plastic packaging of dangerous products. Your mix decides.
What if I place less than 2 tonnes on the French market?
All three schemes offer a small-producer flat fee below 2 tonnes: €95 excl. VAT per semester at Léko Pro, €100 excl. VAT per year at Twiice, and €125 excl. VAT at Citeo Pro (2026 guide, placings 1 July to 31 December 2026), with a simplified declaration.
When do these schedules actually apply?
The professional packaging stream was scheduled to start on 1 July 2026 and was postponed sine die on 26 June 2026, then set for 1 January 2027 by ministerial announcement (late July 2026). The published schedules apply from the actual entry into force; Léko Pro publishes rates for the 2nd half of 2026 and Twiice states its schedule applies from the date the stream starts.
