In step 3 of the wizard, mark your marketplace status as “Already suspended”. We prioritise the file and aim for proof of registration within 48 to 72 hours of mandate signature.

Do I have to know which streams apply to me?
No. List your products in the wizard, we map them to the right streams. We will confirm the exact scope in our reply within 24 hours.
Do I have to pay now?
No. The wizard is informational only. We send a detailed quote within 24 hours after review. Service starts once you sign the mandate.
What if I do not yet sell in France but plan to?
Apply anyway. We will preregister you so that on your first French sale, you are already compliant. PPWR makes this mandatory from 12 August 2026 for packaging.
Is the data I provide secure?
Yes. The wizard submits to our Paris servers over HTTPS. We do not run marketing lists. You can request deletion at any time. See our privacy policy.
