How we handle your money
You will probably never meet us, so here is exactly where each euro goes: the deposit, the eco-contributions, our fees, our insurance and the company you sign with.
Where does my deposit go?
Into a dedicated bank account, separate from our operating account. The refundable security deposit equals one year of your estimated eco-contributions, at least the eco-organisation’s minimum billing. It is paid once, by a separate bank transfer, and never invoiced. It covers sums left unpaid under the mandate and is returned within sixty days of the end of the mandate.
Who receives my eco-contributions?
The eco-organisation, directly. Eco-contributions are invoiced and paid between you and the eco-organisation; they never pass through us. We take no percentage on them, and none on the eco-organisation’s membership fees.
What do I pay us?
Fixed fees per stream, written in your quote within one business day: a one-time setup and an annual fee. From €190/year excl. VAT, per stream. Three typical year-one budgets are on the pricing page.
Are you insured?
Yes: professional liability insurance with MAAF, covering €300,000 per year.
How do I pay your invoices?
Our invoices are issued and paid in euros, by bank transfer. The refundable security deposit is paid by a separate bank transfer to our dedicated account.
We take charge of, and answer for, your registration, your identifier, your declarations, the exchanges with the eco-organisation and audits. You remain the producer and pay your eco-contributions directly to the eco-organisation.

A French company, on the public record. We work in English and French, in writing, and reply within one business day (Paris time).

Questions about money
Where is my security deposit kept?

How much is the deposit, and when do I get it back?
It equals one year of your estimated eco-contributions, and at least the eco-organisation’s minimum billing. It is returned within sixty days of the end of the mandate, once the last contributions are paid.
Do you collect or pay my eco-contributions?
No. Eco-contributions are invoiced to you directly by the eco-organisation and paid by you directly to it. We take no percentage on them, and none on the eco-organisation’s membership fees either. We prepare and file the declarations that drive them.
How are your own fees set?
They are fixed amounts per stream, written in your quote within one business day: a one-time setup, an annual fee and the refundable deposit. From €190/year excl. VAT, per stream. The annual fee is fixed in writing for the calendar year and can only change for the following year, notified in writing by 15 September, or during the year if your scope changes.

Are you insured?
Yes. We hold professional liability insurance with MAAF, covering €300,000 per year.
