How this stream works in France.
The BPS stream (bateaux de plaisance ou de sport) covers recreational and sport boats placed on the French market. APER is the sole approved eco-organism, organising the deconstruction and recycling of end-of-life pleasure craft. Cahier des charges: arrêté of 6 December 2023. Boat builders and importers placing craft on the French market are in scope.
