How this stream works in France.
TSUU (textiles sanitaires à usage unique) is one of the newest French EPR streams, with a cahier des charges set by the arrêté of 20 December 2024. It covers single-use wipes (baby, cosmetic, household, disinfecting), cotton pads and similar sanitary textiles placed on the French market. The sole approved eco-organism is Citeo Soin & Hygiène. Because wipes are a very high-volume marketplace category, many foreign D2C and FBA sellers are in scope, often without realising it.
