Any producer placing products covered by Tyres (PNEU) on the French market, whatever the country it is established in, with no minimum volume. The producer is the first company placing the goods on that market: for a distance sale to a French consumer, that is the seller, not the carrier and not the marketplace.

Can I join Aliapur without a French company?

Not directly. A producer with no establishment in France must appoint a representative established in France, compulsory since 10 July 2026 under Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the French Environmental Code. For Aliapur, we confirm availability with your quote.

What does Aliapur membership cost?

Two separate amounts. The membership fee runs from EUR 0 to 450 a year depending on the stream. The eco-contribution depends on what you place on the market and follows Aliapur's published schedule. Your eco-contributions stay invoiced to you and paid by you directly to the eco-organisation. We take no percentage and no margin on either of them.

Is Aliapur the only option?

No. On Tyres (PNEU), France Recyclage Pneumatiques and Tyval are also state-accredited. Joining any one of them satisfies the obligation, and the choice belongs to the producer. They differ on their published schedule, their declaration format and their eco-modulations, not on the legal cover they provide.

Aliapur is the historic market-leading French eco-organism for tyres (PNEU), collecting and recovering end-of-life tyres nationwide. Its current agrément under the reformed tyre REP follows the arrêté of 27 June 2023.

What Aliapur does, fig. 02

Aliapur organises the collection of used tyres from garages, dealers and collection points, then directs them to reuse, retreading, material recycling or energy recovery. Producers adhere, declare the tyres they place on the French market (by unit and weight), and pay an eco-contribution funding the scheme.

Who must register, fig. 03

Any company placing tyres on the French market, whether established in France, elsewhere in the EU, or outside the EU: passenger, truck, agricultural, two-wheel and other tyres, sold on their own or fitted to vehicles. The trigger is the first placement on the French market, not the seller location.

What we do for the Aliapur stream specifically.

You remain the producer. Under the written mandate required by Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the French Environmental Code, we take charge of and answer for your registration, your identifier, your declarations, the exchanges with the eco-organisation and audits, and the archiving of your files. Your eco-contributions stay invoiced to you and paid by you directly to the eco-organisation. For tyres, we prepare and file the Aliapur declarations. The choice between Aliapur, France Recyclage Pneumatiques and Tyval is contractual, not legal. We currently register clients with Citeo, Léko and Léko Pro, Ecosystem (electrical equipment, lamps, batteries), Twiice, Refashion, Ecomaison and Valobat. For the other approved eco-organisations, we confirm availability with your quote.
