Aliapur

Aliapur organises the collection of used tyres from garages, dealers and collection points, then directs them to reuse, retreading, material recycling or energy recovery. Producers adhere, declare the tyres they place on the French market (by unit and weight), and pay an eco-contribution funding the scheme.

Any company placing tyres on the French market, whether established in France, elsewhere in the EU, or outside the EU: passenger, truck, agricultural, two-wheel and other tyres, sold on their own or fitted to vehicles. The trigger is the first placement on the French market, not the seller location.

We act as your French authorized representative under Article 8a §5 of Directive 2008/98/EC for the tyre stream. We sign the Aliapur adherence on your behalf, obtain your IDU through ADEME SYDEREP, file the declarations; the eco-contribution itself is set by the eco-organism on its published schedule, and we take no percentage on it. The choice between Aliapur, France Recyclage Pneumatiques and Tyval is contractual, not legal, and we are eco-organism-neutral.
