Ecologic collects, sorts, and recycles end-of-life electrical and electronic equipment for adherent producers. Operates a specific take-back network with a focus on B2B equipment and lighter household electronics.
Same trigger as Ecosystem: producers of EEE placing products on the French market. The choice between Ecosystem and Ecologic is contractual, not legal. You adhere to one. For sports and leisure articles, Ecologic is the only approved eco-organisation.

What we do for the Ecologic stream specifically.
You remain the producer. Under the written mandate required by Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the French Environmental Code, we take charge of and answer for your registration, your identifier, your declarations, the exchanges with the eco-organisation and audits, and the archiving of your files. Your eco-contributions stay invoiced to you and paid by you directly to the eco-organisation. When Ecologic suits your product mix (electrical equipment, or sports and leisure articles, where it is the only approved eco-organisation), we file your declarations; Ecologic invoices you and you pay it directly. We currently register clients with Citeo, Léko and Léko Pro, Ecosystem (electrical equipment, lamps, batteries), Twiice, Refashion, Ecomaison and Valobat. For the other approved eco-organisations, we confirm availability with your quote.

- Who has to join Ecologic?
- Any producer placing products covered by Electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and Sports, DIY and garden articles on the French market, whatever the country it is established in, with no minimum volume. The producer is the first company placing the goods on that market: for a distance sale to a French consumer, that is the seller, not the carrier and not the marketplace.
- Can I join Ecologic without a French company?
- Not directly. A producer with no establishment in France must appoint a representative established in France, compulsory since 10 July 2026 under Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the French Environmental Code. We file your declarations; Ecologic invoices you and you pay it directly.
- What does Ecologic membership cost?
- Two separate amounts. The membership fee runs from EUR 0 to 450 a year depending on the stream. The eco-contribution depends on what you place on the market and follows Ecologic's published schedule. Your eco-contributions stay invoiced to you and paid by you directly to the eco-organisation. We take no percentage and no margin on either of them.
- Is Ecologic the only option?
- No. On Electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and Sports, DIY and garden articles, Ecosystem, Ecomaison, Valobat and Soren are also state-accredited. Joining any one of them satisfies the obligation, and the choice belongs to the producer. They differ on their published schedule, their declaration format and their eco-modulations, not on the legal cover they provide.
