What we do for the Ecominéro stream specifically.
You remain the producer. Under the written mandate required by Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the French Environmental Code, we take charge of and answer for your registration, your identifier, your declarations, the exchanges with the eco-organisation and audits, and the archiving of your files. Your eco-contributions stay invoiced to you and paid by you directly to the eco-organisation. For inert mineral materials, we prepare and file the Ecominéro declarations, which are monthly. We currently register clients with Citeo, Léko and Léko Pro, Ecosystem (electrical equipment, lamps, batteries), Twiice, Refashion, Ecomaison and Valobat. For the other approved eco-organisations, we confirm availability with your quote.

- Who has to join Ecominéro?
- Any producer placing products covered by Construction products and materials (PMCB) on the French market, whatever the country it is established in, with no minimum volume. The producer is the first company placing the goods on that market: for a distance sale to a French consumer, that is the seller, not the carrier and not the marketplace.
- Can I join Ecominéro without a French company?
- Not directly. A producer with no establishment in France must appoint a representative established in France, compulsory since 10 July 2026 under Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the French Environmental Code. For Ecominéro, we confirm availability with your quote.
- What does Ecominéro membership cost?
- Two separate amounts. The membership fee runs from EUR 0 to 450 a year depending on the stream. The eco-contribution depends on what you place on the market and follows Ecominéro's published schedule. Your eco-contributions stay invoiced to you and paid by you directly to the eco-organisation. We take no percentage and no margin on either of them.
- Is Ecominéro the only option?
- No. On Construction products and materials (PMCB), Ecomaison, Valdelia and Valobat are also state-accredited. Joining any one of them satisfies the obligation, and the choice belongs to the producer. They differ on their published schedule, their declaration format and their eco-modulations, not on the legal cover they provide.
