France Recyclage Pneumatiques (FRP) is an approved French eco-organism for the tyre (PNEU) stream, operating as an alternative to Aliapur for producers who place tyres on the French market.
FRP organises the collection and recovery of end-of-life tyres, channelling them to reuse, recycling or energy recovery through its operator network. Producers adhere, declare the tyres they place on the French market, and pay an eco-contribution funding the scheme.
Any company placing tyres on the French market, whether established in France, elsewhere in the EU, or outside the EU: passenger, truck, agricultural and two-wheel tyres, sold standalone or fitted. The trigger is the first placement on the French market, not the seller location.
