France Recyclage Pneumatiques

FRP organises the collection and recovery of end-of-life tyres, channelling them to reuse, recycling or energy recovery through its operator network. Producers adhere, declare the tyres they place on the French market, and pay an eco-contribution funding the scheme.

Any company placing tyres on the French market, whether established in France, elsewhere in the EU, or outside the EU: passenger, truck, agricultural and two-wheel tyres, sold standalone or fitted. The trigger is the first placement on the French market, not the seller location.

We act as your French authorized representative under Article 8a §5 of Directive 2008/98/EC for the tyre stream. If FRP fits your profile best, we sign the FRP adherence on your behalf, obtain your IDU through ADEME SYDEREP, file the declarations and pay contributions. The choice between Aliapur, France Recyclage Pneumatiques and Tyval is contractual, not legal.
