Valdelia collects, sorts, and recycles end-of-life professional furniture in France. Producers adhere and contribute based on tonnage and item category, with a take-back guarantee for adherent customers when they renew their fleets.
Producers placing professional furniture on the French market: office chairs, conference tables, restaurant seating, school desks, hotel beds. If you sell B2B furniture into France, you adhere to Valdelia, not Ecomaison. Valdelia declarations are quarterly.

What we do for the Valdelia stream specifically.
You remain the producer. Under the written mandate required by Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the French Environmental Code, we take charge of and answer for your registration, your identifier, your declarations, the exchanges with the eco-organisation and audits, and the archiving of your files. Your eco-contributions stay invoiced to you and paid by you directly to the eco-organisation. For professional furniture, we prepare and file the Valdelia declarations, which are quarterly. We currently register clients with Citeo, Léko and Léko Pro, Ecosystem (electrical equipment, lamps, batteries), Twiice, Refashion, Ecomaison and Valobat. For the other approved eco-organisations, we confirm availability with your quote.

- Who has to join Valdelia?
- Any producer placing products covered by Furniture (DEA) and Construction products and materials (PMCB) on the French market, whatever the country it is established in, with no minimum volume. The producer is the first company placing the goods on that market: for a distance sale to a French consumer, that is the seller, not the carrier and not the marketplace.
- Can I join Valdelia without a French company?
- Not directly. A producer with no establishment in France must appoint a representative established in France, compulsory since 10 July 2026 under Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the French Environmental Code. For Valdelia, we confirm availability with your quote.
- What does Valdelia membership cost?
- Two separate amounts. The membership fee runs from EUR 0 to 450 a year depending on the stream. The eco-contribution depends on what you place on the market and follows Valdelia's published schedule. Your eco-contributions stay invoiced to you and paid by you directly to the eco-organisation. We take no percentage and no margin on either of them.
- Is Valdelia the only option?
- No. On Furniture (DEA) and Construction products and materials (PMCB), Ecomaison, Valobat and Ecominéro are also state-accredited. Joining any one of them satisfies the obligation, and the choice belongs to the producer. They differ on their published schedule, their declaration format and their eco-modulations, not on the legal cover they provide.
