Tyval

Tyval organises the collection and recovery of used tyres and directs them to reuse, recycling or energy recovery. Producers adhere, declare the tyres they place on the French market, and pay an eco-contribution funding the collection and treatment network.

Any company placing tyres on the French market, whether established in France, elsewhere in the EU, or outside the EU, whether the tyres are sold on their own or fitted to vehicles. The trigger is the first placement on the French market, not the seller location.

We act as your French authorized representative under Article 8a §5 of Directive 2008/98/EC for the tyre stream. If Tyval is the best fit, we sign the Tyval adherence on your behalf, obtain your IDU through ADEME SYDEREP, file the declarations; the eco-contribution itself is set by the eco-organism on its published schedule, and we take no percentage on it. The choice between Aliapur, France Recyclage Pneumatiques and Tyval is contractual, not legal, and we are eco-organism-neutral.
