Ecomaison is the multi-stream French eco-organism for furniture (DEA), toys, sports articles, DIY tools, and garden equipment. Its scope has expanded steadily since 2013 to cover most home and leisure goods.
Ecomaison takes back end-of-life household items through dedicated collection points and partnerships with retailers and waste centres. Producers pay a contribution scaled by the type and weight of items put on the market.
Anyone placing furniture, mattresses, bedding, toys, sports equipment, hand tools, garden tools, DIY items, or home decor on the French market. The scope is broad and overlaps several seller categories, so we map your SKUs to the right Ecomaison sub-streams.
